With seven locations across Dallas, White Rhino Coffee is a proud fixture in the city's small business community.
We had the privilege to completely redesign their mobile app, elevating both their digital experience and brand presence.



Who uses this app? What are their habits? What do they need? What do they expect?
Answering these questions using White Rhino metrics was our starting point. We knew that if we understood and followed the behavioral patterns of customers, everything else would fall into place.


We were able to take analytics further than composing customer profiles.
We used that same data to compose an accurate journey of how users would interact with both the mobile application and the store itself.

Our user data allowed us to build the customer exactly what they wanted. They now had features such as order remembrance and the ability to tailor their profile to meet their exact coffee needs.

We kept the goal straightforward: make booking as simple as possible.
